This Tier One Level Plate Carrier is made for Warlord Industries by Sparta Armour in Bosnia. They are one of the premier providers of tactical nylon and gear to the Serbian Military and Police Units. What makes this carrier truly unique is that it comes with Level IIIA Body Armor already installed, so when you are not wearing your plates, you still have a level of handgun ammunition protection. Combine this carrier with Level 3, 3+ 4 or ICW 4 plates to get the most protection depending on your mission set or needs. Super comfortable to wear for long periods of time due to highly effective ventilation and thick padding throughout. Add the ease of the Quick Release Tubes on the Shoulders and Cumberbun and you have a plate carrier fit for a local warlord or a tier one operator.
